I normally don’t DO Wordless Wednesday posts. Have you guys actually meet me? My blogs are filled with words and words and words … wordless is not in my blogging vocabulary Hence this blog already – filled with words … lol!
Anyway I shall try not to over word you today since it is Wordless Wednesday after all in blogging land. So here are the pictures thus far of our new place. We are SLOWLY getting there. Hopefully this weekend we get the knick knacks and pictures up because then we’ll be done … I think. : )
Anyway here’s our patio, shed and spa!!
Below is our new rug set in the living room/entry way and our new coat/hat rack
Next up is our bedroom, Cory’s pot shelf that is above our closet door and our closet organized
Below is the spare bedroom bed we got from my brother who said we couldn’t put our old headboard and footer on it and switch his headboard and footer with our bed. We managed to it just fine! : )
Next up is the kitchen with our new rug, knook, and my handy husband added two new shelves into my pantry
Last is our bathroom
The office is not photoed and neither is the guest bathroom – they are not done quite yet.
Anyway hope you enjoyed! We love the new place and so do the doggies!
My built in magazine rack in my bathroom!! More pics of the new place coming this weekend – I promise!
I know I said I didn’t care too much for Wordless Wednesday postings but I’m too tired to write a blog post so I’m going to participate this week in Wordless Wednesday!!
Packing almost done!! We hope to be done by Saturday and then were staying with Debbie for 2 weeks to save $$!!
Fun times !!
I love taking pictures don’t get me wrong but to be forced to snap pictures of EVERY Wednesday of my day as it goes along is not something that interests me. If I find something along the way I feel needs to be pictured – then I will. But until further notice, I don’t think I am going to participate in Wordless Wednesday much anymore. I like to write. I love photography don’t get me wrong and I love documenting my life via photos but it’s kind of like the “30 Days in the Life of Sarah” project I tried to accomplish in 2009 and 2010. I love taking Vlogs but to be forced to do so for 30 days, every day, every minute, every hour … ahhh! Get the point?
Anyway so I feel I need to write more. I need to rant, rave, get my thoughts out there and stop sitting in my head so much. It usually gets me in trouble.
So Cory and I are HOPING, PRAYING, HOPING, …. Did I say hoping already? … to MOVE the first of April! We found this CUTE CUTE CUTE Duplex on the North Side of Havasu we want to move into. The guy wants it rented by the 15th of March which is something we cannot do, but April 1st would be dueable. I won’t speak for Cory (he has his own blog he never updates for that) but I HATE where we live! I HATE IT HATE IT HATE IT!
Why? Why do I hate it?
Let me tell you
- Dish washer doesn’t work
- Freezer is too cold (yes it is really too cold and the thermometer doesn’t work)
- Police are there 24/7 it seems!
- No washer and dryer
- Kids kids kids!! People seriously don’t watch their kids now a days do they? What happened to family dinner time!? Gess! These neighborhood kids run a mock ALL DAY and into the night long! Ahhhh! I <3 kids (I think) don’t get me wrong but … parents NEED to pay more attention to their kids!
- It’s too far away from Walmart (I NEED to be closer to Walmart)
- They take FOREVER to fix ANYTHING!! Took them like 2 months to fix our stove and six months to fix our drawers in the kitchen and dish washer STILL NOT FIXED!!
I could go on … but … I won’t!
So anyway — pray for us that we get this new place please!!!!!!
It’s REALLY cute!!! Well from the pictures and virtual tour we saw! We haven’t actually been to it yet. Hehe!
So Cory and I met the parents and Grandma at Ihop yesterday for FREE pancakes! I get that they are FREE but … does it REALLY take 45 minutes to make pancakes? Eh, whatever! We ordered extras – like Mem and I got sausage and Cory and I split hash browns. It was yummy! Oh and as we were leaving our table won a raffle for a free appetizer! Yum! The parents got a free coupon for signing up for something so Cory and I got the raffle coupon. We have till April something to use it!
So I have to say I actually am glad I stopped doing Idol Commentary. I actually enjoy American Idol more now because I am not forced to hold a camera up and record every single minute of it and do commentary on it. Yes, I enjoy it more! With that said – my two favs from the top 12 (oh I mean 13) boys from last night are Reed and Phil Phillips! I thought they’d bring back the 17 year old Michael Jackson look-a-like who really looks like he’s 12 but instead they brought back the Genital Giant. :shrugs: He’s okay but I agree with Cory – he’d do better singing opera or something like that.
Anyway I got nothing else to rant and rave about!
So until next time,
So I have decided to combine Wordless Wednesday this week
